Job Responsibilities:

1. Establishing HR Processes and Systems:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals tailored to a startup environment.

- Design and manage an efficient recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.


2. Recruitment and Staffing:

- Lead and execute the recruitment process to attract top talent aligned with the company's goals.

- Ensure successful integration of new employees into the organization.


3. Compensation and Benefits Management:

- Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Plan and implement employee compensation strategies to support retention and motivation.


4. Employee Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and design programs to support employee growth and performance improvement.

- Establish performance review mechanisms and monitor employee development. 5


. HR Operations:

- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and compliance.

- Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and employment regulations.


6. HRIS Selection and Management: Select, implement, and manage a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to streamline HR processes. Ensure the upkeep and optimization of the HRIS to meet the organization's evolving needs.


Qualifications:

1. Must be well versed in all facets of Human Resources.

2. With five (5) years HR Supervisory experience.

3. Must be a graduate of BS/AB Psychology and/or other behavioral/business program.

4. Willing to work on-site in Dinalupihan, Bataan.

Job Summary


The Junior Promo Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing promotional campaigns for TinapaIsLife products to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. This role leverages retail experience from department stores or supermarkets, particularly in promodising and merchandising, and applies those skills to effectively manage promotions, ensure proper product presentation, and engage customers onsite.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundles, flash sales, and seasonal promos
  • Support customer acquisition initiatives to attract new buyers and retention initiatives to encourage repeat purchases
  • Ensure products are properly presented, displayed, and priced according to company standards
  • Assist in live selling, product demos, and customer engagement during promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align promos with inventory, schedules, and business objectives
  • Monitor promo performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Gather customer feedback and relay market trends or insights to the Marketing Team
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports
  • Ensure all promo activities follow TinapaIsLife brand guidelines and company policies

Qualifications

  • College graduate in Marketing or any business-related course
  • At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in department stores or supermarkets
  • Background as a Promodiser, Merchandiser, Sales Associate, or Promo Personnel
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and able to handle merchandising, product setup, and onsite promo activities
  • Willingness to learn digital marketing and online selling support tools
  • Able to work onsite and during special promo events if needed
