Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establishing HR Processes and Systems:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals tailored to a startup environment.
- Design and manage an efficient recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
2. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Lead and execute the recruitment process to attract top talent aligned with the company's goals.
- Ensure successful integration of new employees into the organization.
3. Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Plan and implement employee compensation strategies to support retention and motivation.
4. Employee Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design programs to support employee growth and performance improvement.
- Establish performance review mechanisms and monitor employee development. 5
. HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and compliance.
- Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and employment regulations.
6. HRIS Selection and Management: Select, implement, and manage a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to streamline HR processes. Ensure the upkeep and optimization of the HRIS to meet the organization's evolving needs.
Qualifications:
1. Must be well versed in all facets of Human Resources.
2. With five (5) years HR Supervisory experience.
3. Must be a graduate of BS/AB Psychology and/or other behavioral/business program.
4. Willing to work on-site in Dinalupihan, Bataan.
