Job Description

As our Customer Service Associate, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer experience by assisting with day-to-day customer service operations. You will support the team in handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving basic concerns, and ensuring timely and accurate service. You will report directly to the Customer Service Lead (Supervisor) and ultimately to the Distribution Operations Manager under the Supply Chain and Customer Delivery Department. Your contribution will help maintain a high standard of service and ensure customer satisfaction, which is vital to the continued growth and success of the company.


Key responsibilities


  • Customer Support: Assist in providing excellent customer service by processing orders, answering customer inquiries, and handling basic concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Support: Work under the supervision of the Customer Service Lead by following guidelines and instructions to help maintain smooth and consistent service operations.
  • Order & Service Process Handling: Accurately encode and track customer orders, assist in returns or complaints, and help ensure all processes are completed efficiently and correctly.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all customer transactions, forms, and records are properly documented and filed in accordance with company policies.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with the production team, dispatch, logistics providers, and other internal departments to help ensure timely and complete order fulfillment and delivery.
